Industrial coatings
Industrial coatings play a key role in protecting and increasing the longevity of various surfaces, from steel structures to automotive components. Our selection provides an overview of industrial coatings, including their materials, applications and recent advances. The focus is on understanding the key properties and innovative techniques that drive the development of these coatings, contributing to a safer, more durable and more environmentally responsible industrial landscape.
The most modern coating formulations provide excellent anti-corrosive and chemical protection, as well as protection against mechanical action.
All coatings in the offer provide long-term protection
of all surfaces with no or minimal impact on the environment.
From the offer of anti-corrosive coatings, we distinguish thick-layer epoxy and polyurethane coatings with 100% dry matter, solvent-based coatings and water-based acrylic coatings. The coatings provide excellent and long-lasting corrosion and UV protection in highly corrosive environments. They are suitable for application in the oil and gas industry, shipbuilding, food and processing industry.
For conditions of constant immersion in acids, alkalis and other industrial chemicals, we offer epoxy, epoxy novolak, polyurethane and silicone coatings. In addition to chemically resistant coatings, we also offer coatings that form a waterproof membrane and are suitable for contact with drinking water.
The coatings are designed for easy use, the possibility of application by roller, brush and airless syringe. Tested under conditions of complete immersion in 98% sulfuric acid, sodium hypochlorite, hydrochloric
acid, sodium hydroxide, and other industrial chemicals.
Repair coatings and protection against mechanical erosion
Coatings for protection against mechanical action and surface repair have proven quality and use in industry, they are intended for use on process equipment and structures in the most demanding industrial environments. The products are based on epoxy technology with 100% dry matter with and without
addition of ceramics. They are ideal for the restoration of equipment damaged by cavitation, abrasion, etc. (pump and valve housings, propellers, etc.), plant parts and emergency intervention. They provide high chemical and thermal resistance, extend the life of equipment and increase resistance to abrasion.
The most modern coating formulations provide excellent anti-corrosive and chemical protection, as well as protection against mechanical action. All coatings in the offer provide long-term protection of all surfaces with no or minimal impact on the environment.
